Jake Marshall Wins The 2026 US OPEN of Surfing!

Today, longtime Hurley team rider Jake Marshall claimed victory at the 2026 Lexus US Open of Surfing presented by Pacifico in Huntington Beach, marking the first professional event victory of his career. Jake battled through challenging conditions and a highly competitive field throughout the contest, staying composed round after round and fighting his way to the very end.

He secured the title with a 14.77 final heat score, defeating Kanoa Igarashi (14.07) in the men’s final. The US Open of Surfing is one of the sport’s most prestigious and iconic events. With this victory, Jake joins an elite group of Hurley athletes who have claimed the title, including two-time champions Brett Simpson, Filipe Toledo and Carissa Moore, as well as 2023 champion Eli Hanneman. Together, these victories reflect Hurley’s longstanding legacy of developing and supporting world-class athletes on surfing’s biggest stages.
