PRICES & PAYMENTS
Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST unless stated otherwise. Payment methods available at checkout are processed through our authorised payment providers. If we identify a genuine pricing or technical error before an order is dispatched, we will contact you and, where appropriate, give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel the affected order.

ORDERS
When you place an order, we will send an order confirmation acknowledging that we received it. An order may be cancelled or declined where reasonably necessary, including if payment cannot be authorised, a product is unavailable, information is materially incorrect, fraud is suspected, or a genuine pricing or technical error has occurred. If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will refund the amount paid using the original payment method where reasonably possible.

CHANGING OR CANCELLING AN ORDER

PROMOTIONS & GIFT CARDS
Promotions and gift cards may have additional conditions, which will be shown when offered. Unless stated otherwise, promotional codes cannot be combined and promotions cannot be exchanged for cash.

Gift cards are subject to their stated expiry period and any applicable legal requirements.

REVIEWS & CUSTOMER CONTENT
We welcome genuine reviews and feedback. By submitting a review, photograph or other content to us, you confirm that you have the right to share it and that it is not unlawful, misleading, defamatory, offensive or infringing another persons rights.
